The site is a dry site

Space for Day shades will be on a first come, first served availability
Leash Laws are Strictly enforced and owners are required to clean up after their pets.
Overnight camping is not available for this event
Fires are only permitted in fireplaces, camp stoves or fire rings (providing no State Forestry Restriction)
Parking is limited - carpooling is suggested
No Driving on the grass.

Directions: From HWY 30 - Turn LEFT on Canaan Rd, Turn LEFT to stay on Canaan Rd., Continue on Meissner Rd about 2.4mi., Slight LEFT at Janshaw Rd.3mi, Slight right 1.5 mi., Turn LEFT at Apiary Rd/Apiary Market RD. Camp Wilkerson will be on Left.

Proposed Schedule -

8 am -- Staff on Site
10 am -- Site opens
11 am -- Invocation Court
Immediately following Court the competitions will begin.
Archery Tournament to be held by the school house.
Armor inspection and Tournament Sign up for both Heavy and Rapier Fighters at The Lodge
Heavy Fighting tournament to be held in the main field. Rapier Fighter on the lower side of the field.
Youth Combat to be held near the Lodge
Youth A&S Competitions will be held in the schoolhouse or lodge depending on the weather.
Court to be held after the tournaments have been completed.
6 pm -- Site Closes
8 pm -- Tear Down complete
