Landmaster Requirements

Who Should Register
If you have a group of multiple campers 4+ AND you have a minimum of 50% of participants registered, then you will want to contact the landmaster.

What You Need To Know

  • Designate a single point of contact for your group to handle communication with the LandMaster.
  • Designate a single group name for land requirement tracking. If multiple groups are combining, please designate a single group name and make sure it is communicated to all the individuals who will be traveling to the event. They will need to use this name when asking for the camp location upon arrival.
  • All communication between the group and the Landmaster will occur over email.
  • Preference will be given to those who register by June 1st midnight. Every thing here is first come, first happy.
  • Land reservations will be accepted until June 15th at midnight. No promises.
  • After June 15th, you will have to fend for yourself in the few common areas left or, as we call it, Camp Unprepared.
  • This is a field event and you are expected to be prepared for "tent camping in a field" to fit your personal requirements.
  • If space isn't claimed by the opening of Gate Saturday morning then it gets released to general camping.

If you have any impediment to meeting your basic needs of camping in a field please contact the Landmaster (If you do not receive a response, assume that you are still expected to be ready for "tent camping in a field").
