An Tir/West War July 2 - July 5, 2009
The site opens July 2nd, 2009 for all attendees. Early entry is available at 10am for merchants and pre-registered attendees only. Do not show up early unless you have pre-registered; you will not be allowed on site until the gate opens for general admission at 12:00 Noon. The site closes 4pm on Sunday, July 5nd. No overnight camping Sunday night. No exceptions.
Pre-registration is highly encouraged. All Pre-registration will be done through the ACCEPS system.
All particpants who pre-register will receive a free event T-shirt..These T-shirts are only available through pre-registration.
Gate fees are: Members - Adult (18+) $15 US
Nonmembers - Adult (18+) $18 US
There is $40.00 family cap. To qualify for the family cap, the individuals involved need to be either a biological or blended family residing in the same location. This would include minor (17 and under) children and/or stepchildren, parents and/or domestic partners. Same sex domestic partners are included in this definition. No more the two adults can qualify for the family cap price. All others of the family must be related minor-aged children. The family cap does not apply to SCA house-holds, or families where the children are over 18, whether or not they live at the same physical address. NMS is not included in the family cap price.
US$3 NMS applies to all adult non members. Make checks payable to SCA, Inc., Kingdom of An Tir.
There is limited potable water in containers on site, but no running water or electrical power.
Site Address: Lazy J Moore Ranch, 96029 Euchre Creek Gold Beach OR. Beware of congestion at the turn off from Hwy 101.
Directions from the North: Make your best way to Port Orford Oregon. Head south from Port Orford on Hwy 101 approx 16 miles. Last milepost seen is 316. You turn left on to Ophir road just before you would reach milepost 317. Then turn left onto Euchre Creek road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile.
Directions from the South: Make your best way to Gold Beach Oregon. Head north out of Gold Beach on Hwy 101 for approx 11 miles to milepost 317. Turn right on to Ophir road. Turn left onto Euchre Creek road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile.
