An Tir Gate Sign-In Sheets
Hello from the Administrative Projects Deputy.
There are many styles of Gate Sheets here on the Forms site. These are not waivers and should not be treated as such; these are attendance sheets only. Non-members should sign a waiver in addition to filling out the Gate Sheet; SCA blue card members should only need to fill out the Gate Sheet.
The Sheets have the same basic layout except for the number and type of columns on the right. This is to accommodate different kinds of events – feast or no feast, NMS charge or no NMS charge, etc. If you do not find a style that suits your event, I can make one for you (email below). Please allow for one week turn-around time.
All the pdf’s have 2 pages - page 1 is the Sheet with all the columns facing the same way, and page 2 is the Sheet with the money columns inverted. (Note: it was not possible to make fillable fields for any of the static information areas that are inverted.)
For your convenience, the top section of the Gate Sheets have fillable fields. Just type in the information, print off a master copy and take that to be photocopied. If you have problems with printing/filling in the pdf through your browser, you may wish to try downloading the pdf directly to your computer and working with it from there.

Here are a couple of Gate suggestions that were sent to me during the creation of the Gate Sheets:
- Use different coloured Sheets for Canadian and US funds
- Use different coloured paper for the different Waivers (note: there is no reason why different coloured paper cannot be used for legal waivers; however, it might be advisable to use light colours so they can be read and signed in dim light.)
