Officers
There are several kingdom level officers whose duties include event-related items.
From the An Tir web site:
The Kingdom Calendar Deputy is responsible for the orderly scheduling of events within the Kingdom. He or she works to make sure that branch events do not conflict with Kingdom events (Coronations, Crowns, etc.) or with events in the local area.
Kingdom Deputy for Event Information and Administration
Reponsibilities of this deputy are to serve as a resource for event related answers, connect new autocrats with experienced mentors, maintain the An Tir Autocrat web site and moderate the autocrats email discussion list.
In addition, this deputy has oversight of Crown and Kingdom events, participating in the kingdom event proposal process and working with autocrats to ensure that required paperwork is filed and that all laws and financials policies are being followed.
From the Waiver Treatise on sca.org:
Each Kingdom shall have a single responsible officer ("Waiver Secretary") as a deputy to the Kingdom Seneschal to ensure that all required waivers, rosters, and sign-in sheets are collected and safely stored within a reasonable time after each event. The Waiver Secretary shall ensure that waivers for each event can be located and provided to the appropriate officials in the event a specific waiver is required.
The Copy Editor is responsible for editing the event copy that is submitted to the Kingdom newsletter. If your copy for your event will be published in the Crier, chances are you will work with this deputy.
