Merchant policy
Due to the layout of the site we regret that there will be a very limited amount of space available for merchanting at July Coronation.  A $10 fee will be asked along with your preregistration.

No Tolerance
Any merchant found to be verbally abusing any member of the staff will be asked to leave immediately.  Please respect the volunteers.  

Space assignments
The goal of the merchant Autocrat is to have a consistent layout of the merchant area.  Merchant space is not transferable and its use is limited to the persons listed on the application.  Space assignments may change due to circumstances that come to light after the original assignment.  If this does happen we apologize.  Please be considerate to the staff.  If you have a problem please discuss with the merchant o’crat

Merchant set up
Merchants may begin setting up Friday 7-17-09 after check in.  Check in begins at ______.  
Merchants are responsible for setting up and taking down their own selling space.  There are no volunteers to assist in this task.

Vehicle rules
All vehicles must be moved to the parking area upon unloading.  Please unload as quickly as possible.  No vehicles are permitted in the marketplace this includes trailers.  No trailers will be allowed on the grass.  Please be prepared to camp in a tent.

Electricity
THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY. Generators that are not loud will be allowed during merchant hours only. Anything running after the merchant booths have shut for the day will be asked to turn off.

Rules for space use 
Please keep your area neat and free of trash. All trash will need to be taken to the dumpster.  Selling tents are encouraged to be a medieval style.  Canvas or canvas-like fabrics are encouraged.  It is recommended that all modern living tents be hidden from sight.  All modern looking items should be covered. 

Rules and regulations
Please read the site handout for general site rules and policies upon arrival.  Copies of the site handout will be available when you check in. 

Fire policy
You are required to have a Fire Extinguisher located at your merchant booth.  All local fire regulations will be followed.

Acceptable merchandise
It is not our goal to restrict the trade of any merchant, if you feel your merchandise may be inappropriate please contact the merchant autocrat.  Merchandise must be medieval and/or SCA related.  

Refund policy
A full refund will be given if the merchant autocrat is notified of the cancellation in writing postmarked 30 days prior to the start of the event.  All other requests for refunds will be at the discretion of the merchant autocrat.  There will be no refunds if you are asked to leave site at the request of the merchant or main autocrat.
