RECTANGULAR
STRIPED TENT, FOUR CORNER POLES
This
is a remake of the first tent I ever did, now belonging to my friend, HL
Loknar of Gath. The walls are panels of ripstop, with a thicker, woven
nylon roof. The frame consists of four corner poles with two guys ropes
each, and two vertical roof poles, held by tension. The door is shown pulled
up and tied under the roof, for ventilation. The problem with making
tents is that, unlike that first t-tunic you ever made and wish would go
away, tents usually just get reincarnated. Photo taken 3YC .
