Photographed Pennsic '99, owner/designer unknown.  I thought the attention to details on this tent made it really stand out.  I believe the two designs on the walls are netted windows, for airflow.  The colorful roof has a peak with a piece of latticework (wooden?) between the flag-decorated finials of the two centerpoles.
